I really admire police officers who go out of their way just to save a helpless animal. Just like that police officer who sprang into action when a dog fell off a creek. And let’s not forget that police officer who rescues homeless dogs when she’s off-duty! These people are remarkable! We are glad that there are still good people like them left in this world.
In the video below, you will see another police officer helping a dog whose leg got stuck in a fence. You can hear the poor dog crying, and the police officer does his best to calm the dog down and comfort him. Once freed, the dog quickly ran off, and they couldn’t find him. LOL! The dog was just sitting down in his car! That was a nice and funny surprise. I think he knows the car belongs to his rescuer.
We don’t know if the dog is homeless or not. But if he was homeless, I’m kind of hoping that the police officer ended up adopting the dog. Now that would be a happy ending! 🙂
