Part of each sale through the iHeartDogs store is donated to Greater Good, which helps support various charities. Thanks to customers like you, happy endings, like the one below, are made possible.

Like many rescue groups, The Brittany Foundation Animal Sanctuary is always in need of funding and supplies in order to save as many lives as possible. With the donated food from Greater Good charity partner, Rescue Bank – an organization that provides meals to pets in shelters, rescue groups and foster care – The Brittany Foundation is able to commit precious funds to veterinary care for the dogs and other vital expenses.

Stanley was a lonely stray on the streets of Los Angeles when he was picked up and brought to the city’s North Central Shelter. Unfortunately, since L.A. shelters are full of Chihuahuas, Stanley was easily overlooked, and his days were numbered.

He was dealt some great luck when he was scooped up by the Brittany Foundation. Stanley flourished in their care, and thanks to the healthy Rescue Bank food donations, it didn’t take long for this sweet boy to land a caring foster family. With the love and support he received in his foster home, Stanley was quickly potty trained and has found his forever family!

Stanley’s story is a perfect example of how your purchases from the iHeartDogs store can add up to more happy endings for shelter dogs that might otherwise fall through the cracks.
