Okay, so we’ve probably all thrown a birthday party for our dog. Maybe a $10 cupcake, a $24 birthday outfit, some treats for the visiting dogs. But how about spending what amounts to a down payment on a house, to throw your dog a party?
Singer Ray J threw a $30,000 birthday bash for his dog Boogatti, a Maltese, and invited all this canine friends at the Petrock Hotel and Spa in Encino, California.
There was a red carpet:
A dog treat station and a special cake just for the dogs, of course.
Oh yeah, and people food too.
There was plenty of time for the dogs to mingle with both human and canines alike.
The TMZ group seems to disagree on whether or not this fete was all about Boogatti, or just an excuse for a lavish Hollywood party. What do you think? Too much? Just Right? Would you through a party this large for your dog if you had the money?
