What could be cuter and more entertaining than famous dogs? Every year, more and more dogs take over social media, many of them becoming even more well-known than human celebrities! From tricks and funny expressions to fashion gurus and trend toppers, these dogs know how to create internet buzz. Here are some of the top dogs in cyberspace that are sure to melt your heart.

#1 – Boo

Boo the Pomeranian has been labeled the “World’s Cutest Dog.” And with good reason – he is so cute, he looks like a stuffed animal. In fact, there is a stuffed animal of him, making him one of the few dogs to have their own “action figure.” With over 15 million followers on Facebook, this dog is definitely an internet sensation. Unfortunately, Boo passed away at age 12, but his page is still full of adorable memories of him.

Jiff the Pomeranian holds not one, but two world records: one for fastest 5 meters on front paws and one for fastest 10 meters on hind legs. He also has over 10.5 million fans on his Instagram page and has been in a CoverGirl commercial. Thus, he’s the envy of every contestant of America’s Next Top Model. Just look at his stylish outfits and happy little face!

#3 – Doug the Pug

Doug is an adorable little Pug with an astounding 5 million followers on Facebook and counting! He’s a two time People’s Choice Award winner, and he proudly labels himself as the “King of Pop Culture.” He’s commonly seen posing in adorable outfits and hanging out with famous humans. Tuna, a Chiweenie with a very big overbite and recessed jawline, was rescued from a farmers market in California when he was only 4 months old. With just over 2.1 million followers on Instagram, Tuna spreads the message of true beauty coming from within. He is an adorable ambassador for animal rescue, often encouraging fans to adopt dogs in need. He even has his own stuffed animal for sale now!

#6 – Marnie

Marnie the rescue dog became famous after she was adopted at age 10. She has an illness that causes her adorable head tilt and her tongue is so long that it hangs out of her mouth. Sadly, she passed away at age 18, but that means she still had a long, fulfilling life even after being adopted as a senior. Her Instagram page has about 1.7 million followers, and it has since been taken over by her sister Phyllis, who is also a senior rescue dog.
