Every dog deserves a chance at love and happiness, no matter how old, no matter how broken they may be.
So when this Pit Bull came to the shelter, Unleashed Pet Rescue was determined to save him.
His name is Mr. Jelly Lord, you can call him “Jelly” for short. When he came to the shelter, he was missing part of his lower jaw which caused his tongue to hang out and dangle. His ears were butchered and his skin and coat were in rough shape. Jelly was to be put down if he couldn’t find a foster family.

Rebecca Taylor of Unleashed Pet Rescue told BarkPost, “Some would look at Jelly and not want anything to do with him, with us it’s the exact opposite. We know he needs us to help him heal for all the time he was abused and neglected. He also will teach us so much about life and love.”
