Sung Girtle adopted a dog who was rescued in one of Korea’s dog meat farms. When Humane Society International helped a farmer to switch to agriculture farming instead of dog meat farming, they were able to rescue 57 dogs. One of those dogs is the dog that Sung Girtle adopted.
In the video below, Sung took a trip to South Korea with Humane Society International to see the place where her dog came from. And upon seeing the place, she couldn’t help but burst into tears. She saw the horrible place where her dog spent the first few months of her life. She could not imagine her beloved dog living in such terrible conditions. Watch the video below.
Now Sung’s dog is living a comfortable life with her family. She is so happy she is able to save and rescue her dog from that horrible dog meat business.
