Always cautious because my other dog is a great dane, but wondering how common bloat really is in cane corsi. I asked the owner of my pups parents and she said she did experience it once in her lifetime of owning these dogs.

So I think it is fairly common as they are considered a large/xl breed. I know our little girl would eat her food in about 10 seconds…luckily we experienced this with our lab/dane and had slow feed bowls on hand. She now uses a doughnut shaped bowl instead of the one below but it helped a lot and she now eats a lot slower. She is a pretty puppy!!!
