My Saint has a short temper when it comes to women . .

So my saint loves to play. He turned 1 late June and he still barks at everything moving. He has tried to bite like 3 women already. They come up meet him pet him and he plays with them for about 5 minutes then all of a sudden he turns and goes after them? I have no clue what is going on or what might be triggering him. Any thoughts? He loves men! The maintenance men come in my house when I am not home and he does nothing! Nothing! Not even bark at them
