Kay did you ever find out how to exchange?

I have contacted customer service 4 times via email. I have not gotten an answer or any king of response. I ordered and received 5 long sleeve shirts and they are the wrong size… I just want to exchange them.. I quess I am going to have to go on facebook and say I cannot get any response . Unless if someone has another solution.

You can shift back the item, I guess it is a part of their terms and condition better message their chat support or email it. It will be more inconvenient and fast if you’ll gonna give them a call. Have you been able to get the item or refund your money?
