Any advice on the best treatment of allergies? Obviously I don’t want my Bear to be in any sort of distress or discomfort, can you give me an idea of the severity as well please?

After years of my Yorkie suffering from seasonal allergies, finally I found the answer. The vets now have a miracle injection that is NOT a drug per se with no side effects. It is called cytopoint. It lasts 8-10 weeks and it really works. Also, recently, before I went to have this injection, my Yorkie passed out from choking on his phlegm. It has solved that problem too; however, before I could get him to the vet that Monday morning, I gave my Yorkie a combination of unfiltered coconut oil and cinnamon in his food. Cinnamon is a natural spice that breaks up phlegm. My vet told me to keep giving it to him.

MY 10 month old lab has been itching and biting herself until she has bald spots on her legs and knees. Vet said food allergy, so I changed to a Salmon and peas brand. its been over 12 weeks and she is still biting. The only thing that stops her is Medrol, while on it she is fine. Noticed she gets some eye drainage, and sneezing too. Could this be season issues ?
