I have a 3 year old male, color red (brown) Bull Terrier and he has a rash on his paws, that he won’t stop licking, dry flakey patch on top of his head and bumps on this body and red rash with bumps on his tummy. It’s been a few weeks now. Is this caused by change of weather? We give him monthly baths and use gentle shampoo with no fragrance etc., eats taste of the wild salmon food and is kept indoor 90% of the time. He had similar symptoms in the past one time but went away quickly. Please any suggestions?

Hello, My bully (Brindle 10 yr old) get allergies at various times of the year. She does the same licks her paws, rash on belly, flaky, etc. I have a bottle of Hydroxyzine on hand from my Vet for these random week or two of allergies. They’re like the equivalent of Claritin/Benadryl for dogs. Not very expensive and can be filled at your local Costco Pharm. I put a scoop of peanut butter on my finger put one in the glob and she is a happy girl. Hope this helps.
