Yes, mine does, especially in the spring and fall. His vet sais, as silly as it may sound, that it is allergies. He gets over them quite quickly and since the vet does not seem concerned I don’t think it’s really anything to be too worried about. I have heard of a lot of Bichons who have allergies.
