My sammie licks the same spot above his paws. We believe it started when we were giving him filled Kongs and the treat transferred to his fur and he licked the area clean and now it has become a behavior problem and he has dark brown stains that our groomer cannot get out completely. Suggestions please on both ridding behavior and stains. Thank you! (:
