One of the most common medical ailments dogs have is flea allergies. It’s hard to blame them, since the little bloodsucking bugs are irritating even without allergies. While most dogs have reactions, some are much worse than others. Dogs with severe flea allergies can even end up with large welts and sores on their skin, accompanied with hair loss from their constant scratching and chewing. By using flea preventatives, we can eliminate our dog’s exposure to the pests and help control future infestations.
