Spanky and Roman have been close friends who always support each other since they met. Spanky greatly admires Roman and considers him like a big brother. Recently, when Roman’s ear got infected and started swelling, Spanky was there to help him in any way he could.

Roman’s ear had a hematoma and he required surgery to treat it. As he waited for the surgery, his ear kept deteriorating, causing him to feel increasingly unwell. During this period, Spanky took on the responsibility of looking after his canine sibling more carefully and treating him with extra care.

At this time, the family’s priority was to ensure Roman’s comfort. They also decided to monitor their dogs with an indoor Ring security camera while they were away. Eventually, the camera captured something exceptional.
Captured in the footage below, it was visible that Spanky brought his dog bed over to Roman and offered him a spot to rest. The next scene showed the two dogs snuggling together on the bed.
