A dog named Maddie is a very special pooch. She was born with a visual impairment from a brain stem injury. Despite her disability, she is a happy pup with tons of energy. Maddie’s tongue constantly hangs out which makes her even cuter! Her parents absolutely adore her and who can blame them?!

It saddened Maddie’s parents, however, that Maddie was left out every time they went to the dog park. She loved to chase the other dogs as they ran and played but the pack never truly included her. Luckily, Maddie’s parents had a plan! They would do anything to make their beautiful pup feel all the joy in the world.

Maddie’s parents decided to bring a tennis ball to the park that was just for her. Maddie didn’t really know how to play fetch, per se. Her favorite thing to do was to chase the ball, back and forth, between her mom and dad as they played catch. This game may work to the pup’s advantage! Maddie’s parents took Maddie back to the dog park to try out their little experiment. Would it work? Would Maddie finally be included? See for yourself in the adorable video below!
