Hurricane Irma may have devastated the Florida Keys but the dedicated staff and volunteers behind the region’s SPCA shelter are determined to not let it define them. The shelter was flooded, roof left in pieces and fencing mangled as a result of the monster storm.

The heroes at this prepared for the worst and were able to find enough fosters ahead of time to house and protect their animals during the storm! Fortunately, all animals and workers are safe. Their incredible heroism inspired us to help.

They’re rebuilding. We’re ready to help.

Together with GreaterGood we will be helping the Florida Keys SPCA get back on its feet. With your help, we will install all new fencing, repair the shelter’s roof, refurbish the interior, and go an EVEN FURTHER to install a brand new building so the shelter can perform veterinary procedures on site.
