Retired Man Takes Rescue Dogs On ‘Dog Train’ Rides To Brighten Their Days

When Texas man Eugene Bostick retired from his job with the Union Pacific railroad, he never thought he’d be living the life he’s living now. Not only is he happy, but he’s found a new sort of job, and it’s one that might be the sweetest thing you’ve ever heard.

“We live down on a dead-end street, where me and my brother have a horse barn,” Bostick said. “People sometimes come by and dump dogs out here, leaving them to starve. So, we started feeding them, letting them in, taking them to the vet to get them spayed and neutered. We made a place for them to live.”

Bostick has taken it upon himself to care for homeless dogs, who desperately need a special human like him to make their lives better. So while he’s used his golden years to make dogs happy, he’s also created a fun way to show them a good time, thanks to his “dog train” he invented.

The Fort Worth Dog Train is enough to make anyone smile from ear to ear! Watch this cool video of Bostick in action with his lucky pups:

We are so grateful for people like Bostick who truly love animals. They say that everything happens for a reason in life, and this is the reason these dogs ended up at the end of that street–so that Bostick could spoil them with love, and some fun rides! Share this adorable story with your friends who love dogs, just like you!
