15 old Min Pin Severe Anxiety. Need Help!

Our min pin is 15. She has a multitude of medical problems and has also lost 90 % of her ability to hear. She is exceedingly nervous with severe separation anxiety. Tried many meds for this, nothing helps. I’m spite of all her maladies she has a hearty apitite, love to go outside, wags her little tail and has a strong solid heart beat! She only wants to be home with both of us. And sits and watches the door the entire time one of us is out. If we both leave she becomes distraught and will bark and pace for hours until we get back. Taking her with us can be equally nerve wracking as she anticipates one of us will leave the car! So we try to accommodate her however we can. Meaning we don’t have a life outside of staying home. Anyone have a similar situation or found an anti anxiety med that could help her?
