I don’t know how you changed the above Advanced Hip and Joint Chews, other than the appearance and texture but my very picky eater was eating these with no problems, before this last shipment. Now, he wants to have nothing to do with them and if I try to give them to him in his canned food or even tuna fish, he will not eat it. My boy is over 13 years old and and a Great Pyrenees. He had been making remarkable progress and doing very well on the Advanced Hip and Joint Chews and now won’t eat them. If he won’t eat them, they do him absolutely no good. I was using 10 a day, 4 for him and his brother and one each for my smaller dogs. I am very disappointed in the change you made.

Hi Catherine! I’m sorry to hear your Great Pyrenees won’t eat the chews! I’ve reached out to the manufacturer and he says that the only change on the newer batch is a smaller, fatter more sturdy container and a more cubed-shape to the actual chews – the ingredients are exactly the same! They have a couple of the old batch remaining – if you would like them to send you some please email me at danielle -at- homelifemedia.com with your full name and address and I will be happy to forward it to the manufacturer to send them to you!
