My 2.5 year old female doberman has some small bumps on her chin. If you scratch them, they will pop open and stink bad. The vet acts like it’s no big deal as it’s just allergies but I disagree. The vet I use was the vet I was told to go to by Petland which is where I bought her from. So I feel like they could be hiding something from me. She will scratch at her face pretty vigorously and out of nowhere for a minute. Normally she seems completely normal and doesn’t act like she experiencing any discomfort.

To me, it sounds like your pup might just have a case of acne! My girl gets them too. Try cleaning her chin after she eats, as the oils in her food could be causing it.
Also, try not to pop them – she could get a nasty infection since it would technically be an open wound then.

      Hope this helps!
