Christmas bonus for dog walker

I have a dog walker through a dog walking serivce. The service is only made up of the owner who walks dogs and another walker that walks my dog. I plan on giving a Christmas bonus to my walker, she is really good with my dog and she loves seeing her coming to the house to walk her, should I also give one to the owner, who doesn’t walk my dog, she would if my walker could t make it, but is very accommodating with my work schedule, I work away, and while away I have the walker in 5 days a week, when home on leave I decrease to 2, but then back to five when I return to work and it’s never a problem.
