Excessive drinking and acting different, I don't know what to do. :(

My female dogue de Bordeaux has been acting different since yesterday. She’s been wanting to drink constantly, pacing, and whining. She never does any of that. I have no idea what is going on with her and it’s really worrying me. Can anyone help? Please?
