Heart murmur and pale purple gums.

Hello. My frenchie is 14 weeks. We were told he has a heart murmur. Since hearing the news I’m extra careful about monitoring him. Since we got him he had always had very pale colors gums. Like a pale purplish blue. He plays like a normal puppy. I thought maybe as he got older it would get better. But it is not. The vet tried him on iron in case he was anemic. I noticed no difference. I love my pup and I fear that he will have issues down the road. Anyone with a fawn pied frenchie with pale gums and tongue that has no medical issues? Thanks, Brittany
