Hello, I want to adopt 3 puppies that are on death row in Mexico and I want to bring them to Houston. Can you help me or what should I do? They are dogs that is from a foundation in Mexico that someone rescued them I would like to give them a chance to live but I do not have the resources to pay the trip for all of them since I also have to cover vaccination expenses so they can travel … please … the black dogs are stigmatized in Mexico and no one adopts them. I wish to offer them my home ..
