Honey is a beautiful adult female in her 7th or 8th year. She is known to be a border collie which is believable considering her protective nature. Also, given her energy and drive, plus the prestige and intensity she holds, even if just walking around the block, it seems fitting she was born to lead (Border collies bred for herding). Her level of intelligence is as impressive as her ability to ignore commands, she can be stubborn as hell. She skips and prances around yards like a deer, and jumps up the wall to taunt the neighboring dog who appears to be of pit bull descent. After years of wonderment, Pit Bull is my best guess as to what she could be mixed with. She is 48 lbs right now (always 40-50 lbs.) and about 3 feet tall or long however you say it haha. She is brown with white spots, (beautiful golden eyebrows) and sheds her double coat all year long. Her tail curls up and back toward her back and is average size with not a substantial amount of hair I’ve known border collies to have. I would love to know thoughts on if Honey is in fact a border collie and what she could be mixed with in addition to that. Thanks in advance!

Edit: I seem to have measured wrong, you probably aren’t supposed to measure when they’re lying on the bed. Also, I’m discovering that the American Pit Bull Terrier is a separate breed not the same as a Pit Bull specifically. Also it seems to carry similar characteristics Honey has and I’m wondering if anyone else thinks this a possibility. I still do not see many border collies with this brown coat.
