Hi, I have a 6 month old chow. Cream color with rough coat.
Just the other day, his nose had lost its hair mostly on the top part.
In less than 24 hours, I can now see his skin and the area became pinkish-reddish color.
It’s summer here in Korea, and we did experience some hot spots in the legs; but this is the first time it happened around the nose.
Tried searching the net for some answer and quick remedy.
I’m working and the vet’s already closed by the time I got home.
Tomorrow’s Saturday, hopefully his vet can figured out what is the cause and can give medication.
Just desperate to find some answers right now.
