What is this on my dog's paw? Please help!

      I noticed a large bump on top of my dog’s paw the other day. It seems like it is decently hard and not puss filled. I poked it with a needle to see if I could drain it and nothing came out.It looks like the skin is broken and there is a puss like substance, but I think that is from him licking the area. Today I noticed there is a smaller bump right next to the larger one forming. His breed is a Colorado bulldog. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not live by a vet. Thank you so much

      Thank you so much for your response. I looked up some images of the licking sore and it’s the closest thing I’ve been able to find. I will try to treat it. Thank you so very much for your response!!!!

      Hello, we are young siblings. Our dad adopted us a Cavalier King Charles Cocker Spaniel for my birthday. We named her Sal. Our dog Sal has been a source of joy and comfort these past 7 years, she’ll turn 8 this June. Sal now has a tumor in her left hind leg, which is bone cancer.
