Part of each sale through the iHeartDogs store is donated to Greater Good Charities, which helps support various charitable programs. Thanks to customers like you, happy endings like the one below are made possible.

Thousands of pets are killed daily in shelters across Southern and Central California. The Shelter Transport Animal Rescue Team (START) provides transport services to rescue organizations in the Pacific Northwest, where these animals have a fighting chance to find new lives.

The Second Chance Movement helps fund organizations like START to relocate dogs to no-kill shelters. To date, your Second Chance Movement purchases have provided more than 80,000 transport miles to dogs like Laverne and Charley, who were rescued by START and rehomed into loving families by shelters in Oregon.

Laverne was struggling to survive on the streets of Los Angeles. She was starved and sick and incredibly scared. After START rescued her, she was transported to SevaDog Rescue in Eugene, OR, where she found a loving home almost immediately. They simply adore this goofy girl!

Charley Chow also lived rough on the L.A. streets, begging for help and food. START facilitated his rescue and sent him to the Willamette Humane Society in Salem, OR, where he got a wonderful home with a student who adores him.

Laverne and Charley are proof that Second Chances really do exist!

Your purchase of any of the following items provides rescue transport miles. These miles help rescue groups save pets from overcrowded shelters, taking them on a trip by road and by air to areas with low shelter populations, where loving families are waiting to adopt.
