10 Grooming Products That Save Time and Money

| December 20, 2014

Grooming a dog, especially a long-haired dog, can end up costing a small fortune and take a lot of time. Here are 10 products that can help save you time, money, or both!

#1 – Dyson Groom Tool

If you have a Dyson Vacuum and a medium to long-haired dog, than you need this attachment. It brushes and then sucks the loose hair right off your dog. Saves you time since you won’t have to pick up all that dog hair after brushing, and there will be less falling around the house.

#2 – 2-in-1 Shampoo/Conditioners

These are great because they save you time and money. You don’t have to buy two separate products or wash your dog, rinse, then wash your dog again. Cloud Star has a Lavender and Mint one that smells heavenly and is made with natural herbs and oils.

#3 –  Mint Leaf

This is probably the easiest plant to grow, in fact, it is invasive so keep it in a planter. Then, all you have to do is give your dog a leaf or two to treat that doggie breath.

#8 – Corn Starch

Some dogs have greasy coats, which means skipping a bath is out of the question, until now. Bendersky shares that a sprinkle of corn starch will absorb any extra oil or grease, allowing you to skip the bath just this once to get ready for your unannounced guests.
