Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering orders quickly and efficiently while providing the best paw-sible service. Below, you’ll find important details about our fulfillment process, including order processing times and transit & delivery estimates.

Order Processing Time

Processing time begins after your order is placed and occurs Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time varies based on the item, its ship-from location, and the shipping method selected.

To find where a specific item ships from, look for the Shipping Info icon on the product page.

Standard Shipping (United States & International): 

  • Items shipped from California: Processed within 2 business days.
  • Items shipped from Michigan: Made-to-order; processed within 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping (United States Only)

2-Day and Next-Day Delivery are available exclusively for items shipping from California.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday by 12:00 PM PST/ 3:00 PM EST (excluding holidays) ship the same day. 
  • Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays ship the following business day.

Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order ships, transit time will vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Domestic

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days M-F after the order is shipped. For orders shipped to U.S. territories or locations outside the 48 contiguous states (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), delivery may take longer.
  • 2-Day Air: Delivery occurs within 2 days Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays, after the order is shipped. No delivery on Sunday. 
  • Next Day Air: Delivery occurs on the following business day Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, after the order is shipped. No delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

International Orders: Duties and Taxes Paid in checkout (AU, CA, NZ, UK, all countries in the EU):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 14 business days M-F, excluding holidays, after the order is shipped.
  • Premium Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days M-F after the order is shipped.

International Orders: Duties and Taxes UNPAID (orders shipping to ALL other international destinations EXCLUDING  AU/ CA/ UK/ NZ)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 4 weeks after the order is shipped
  • Duties and taxes are due upon receipt
  • Delivery made by local postal service
  • Expedited service options are not available

Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple shipping carriers to get your order to you as efficiently as possible:

  • Domestic orders: Amazon Shipping*, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS
  • International orders: DHL, FedEx, or UPS

*Please note: Amazon Shipping is a delivery service used and is separate from Amazon.com. It is not connected to Amazon Prime or any benefits, discounts, or delivery guarantees associated with shopping on Amazon.com.

Because carrier selection depends on factors like destination, package size, and carrier availability at the time of fulfillment, the specific carrier used for your order is not confirmed until your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship.

There are three exceptions where the carrier is known ahead of time:

  • PO Box addresses: Orders shipping to a PO Box will always have USPS complete final delivery, since other carriers are unable to deliver directly to a PO Box. Note: In some cases, your tracking may show FedEx or DHL handling the majority of transit before handing off to USPS for last-mile delivery — this is expected and doesn’t mean your package changed carriers unexpectedly.
  • Expedited shipping (2-Day or Next-Day): Orders selecting expedited shipping will always ship via FedEx.
  • International orders with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU): These orders will always ship via UPS, with final delivery handed off to your local postal service rather than completed by UPS directly.

For all other orders, you’ll see your carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped, and on your Tracking Page.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Visit our Tracking Page.
