Delivery Time Estimates:
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
We use a variety of carriers to deliver your order, depending on which product you order. If you will be receiving more than one package (i.e. coming from 2 or more different locations), you should receive an email immediately after your purchase notifying you.
We know your order is important to you and your dog! We work to ship it out as quickly as paw-sible (please add 3-4 business day production time for made-to-order print items, i.e. apparel, mugs, ornaments, etc.).

Domestic Order Shipping Times:
- On-Demand Printing Products* (ships from Detroit, MI) via UPS Mail Innovations/ UPS Sure Post (final delivery made by USPS): 5-7 business days.
- Warehouse items (ships from Anaheim, CA) via USPS: 3-5 business days.
- Project Paws items (ships from Florida) via USPS: 5-7 business days.
*All apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, yoga pants, long-sleeve shirts, tank tops, etc.) ornaments, mugs and beer steins.
International Orders (outside of USA) Shipping Times:
***Please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.
Most of our products that do not require printing and production* are shipped same day or next day. If printing and production is required, it takes an additional 3 – 5 business days depending on what was ordered.
International delivery times vary, but typically average 3 weeks once shipped. Below are some common destinations and ETAs:
Canada: 10 – 12 business days
UK: 12 – 14 business days
Australia: 14 – 21 business days
We currently do not offer shipping to Albania, Algeria, Crimea – Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen.

Get Your Order Sooner With Expedited Shipments:
We are excited to offer expedited shipping on some of our products (within USA only)! Deliveries made Monday through Friday only (Saturday/Sunday delivery not available) – prices start at $19.99 (2nd day air) and $35 (overnight) and are dependent upon number of items in order (prices include one item; $2.00 for each additional item). UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes – please provide street addresses only for expedited shipping.
Please note that expedited shipping orders MUST BE PLACED BY NOON PST (Mon-Fri) to qualify for same day shipping. Orders placed after Noon PST will ship next business day.

How to Track My Package!
Please click on the following carrier links and input your tracking number (given to you in your email) for the latest status on your package! Note: It can take some carriers up to 24 – 48 hours for the carriers to update their system and for your package to show progress from the time it leaves our facility.
