When one elderly woman in Wayne, West Virginia decided to bring her two small pups on an errand with her, she didn’t know it would end with a doggy behind the wheel.

The woman, in her 70’s, tried to make sure the dogs stayed safe and comfortable by keeping them in the running car with the air conditioning on. But when one of them decided to go for a joy ride, he knocked the car out of park and rolled it into the side of the Wal-Mart building!

Luckily, no people or pups were hurt, and the accident only resulted in minor damages.

“Shoppers told WSAZ they were surprised when they saw a dog driving the car,” reports the Fox News affiliate. We bet! This incident reminds us of the dog who crashed a semi-truck into a gas station. I think it’s safe to say that pooches make better passengers!
