With Project: Adopt a Sugar Baby, PetTest aims to remove the fear and stigma from adopting a dog with diabetes. The disease is not a death sentence, and many dogs live very full lives and ultimately die of old age or other non-diabetic-related causes. The extra challenges of adopting a diabetic dog may even create a closer bond between you and your new pet, and PetTest does not want extra expenses or fear to dictate your next dog adoption for you.
