Boxers are fun-loving dogs and the world is their oyster. Honestly, they just seem to love everything about life. It’s one of the reasons people are drawn to the breed – it’s hard to be depressed when a bouncing Boxer shares your home! #1 – Attention
Boxers love, love, LOVE people and attention. Spend some quality time with your Boxer and he will be in seventh heaven. Whether it’s a good massage session or just chilling on the couch, he’s good with any of it. They especially like to sit on laps…whether or not they actually fit on them.
#2 – Playing
A Boxer’s exuberant personality means they love to play. Whether it’s a good game of fetch, some agility training, or a game of hide ‘n’ seek with you, your Boxer will enjoy the exercise that play gives him.
#3 – Having a Buddy
Boxers are definitely a social sort of dog and most (not all) love having a playmate and buddy to share their life with. If you’ve been thinking about adopting a brother or sister for your Boxer, chances are she will be happy to welcome the new family member. Just be sure the new dog can keep up with the Boxer’s antics and strong play.
