Did you know that there’s a sanctuary in Serbia where 450 dogs run free?
Yup, no kidding. All the dogs in Sasa Pejčić’s shelter in Nis, Serbia were once homeless. They wandered the streets, fending for themselves. Some of them were neglected, and some were broken and abandoned. Thankfully, this shelter opened its doors to these dogs in need. And it’s in that special and magical place, the once broken and abandoned dogs are healed.
The shelter takes care of the dogs, they give them food, and most especially–love. But unlike other shelters where the dogs are placed in kennels, at this shelter, the dogs run free so they can play whenever they like.
