Can you imagine what life is like if you’re a homeless dog? Every day you need to search for food, you have to find a place to sleep, and you have no one to take care of you.
Not all dogs get to live a life of privilege with a family that adores them. We feel bad when we accidentally forget our dog’s treats from the store, but for dogs that live on the street simply having a roof over their head or a human to love them would mean more than any treat ever could.
Danny used to be one of those dogs living on the streets. Then he was picked up and brought to the shelter. He had mange all over his body, and he was anemic, hanging on by a thread.
Danny must have went through very traumatic experiences as he was found cowering in his cage at the shelter. Fortunately, some kindhearted people stepped in and took action.

Danny is getting a little bit better everyday but he still has a long way to go. He also has canine transmissible venereal tumor and he needs chemotherapy.
