When a dog named Max laid eyes on a tiny lamb, all bets were off. The lamb was crying after her mama rejected her and needed someone like Max to fill that void. Max fell in love with the little lamb named Beau and decided to adopt her. She became the perfect surrogate mom.
Beau was born a month late and from the start, her mom wasn’t interested in her. Max looked at her in the enclosure as she cried, and it was like Max was saying to her, “It’ll be okay, baby lamb, I will love you forever!” Beau’s human mother knew she had to pull the little lamb from the stable and put her in a healthy environment in order for her to be okay.
The lamb stayed inside Max’s house until she was 3 weeks old. Max and Beau were so closely bonded that they learned how to play fetch together outside. It’s so adorable to see! Beau and Max’s mom worried that once Beau was fully grown that they would drift apart but that never happened! You have to see them play now! Beau gets so excited to see Max that she does the cutest little dance. Dawwww!
