Mark Twain once said, “It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog,” If you have ever been owned by a tiny pup then you understand what he meant. Many little dogs, like Lucy, don’t even know they’re little. They only focus on what they want and how to achieve their goals. That is why this video is worthy to be shared and replayed over and over again. Lucy’s parents took her to her favorite pet store one afternoon. It’s a frequent ritual where her mom and dad allow her to choose a toy she’d like to purchase.
Lucy walked down the toy aisle. Her face immediately lit up when she saw a giant plush lamb. Her mom tried to explain that it was way too big for her, but Lucy wasn’t having it. She knew what she wanted and focused on how to achieve her goal. The pint-sized pup picked the toy lamb up all by herself and carried it to the register. Her parents were in awe! The toy must be at least 3x her size.
The clever pup understood how the process worked. She stood at the counter with paws in the air as if she were paying for her toy all by herself. The toy was rang up, and Dad handed over the cash. Dad then places the toy on the ground beside Lucy and Mom tells her to pick it up. The pup, proud of her achievement, insisted on carrying it out to the car all on her own.
Lucy loses her grip on the toy a couple of times. But she doesn’t give up. Mom encourages her to keep going, and Lucy does! She carries her new lamb all the way to the car while other vehicles stop to see the cutie in action.
