At the Dogs Trust rescue in London, UK, a pup with heterochromia is looking for his forever home.
When Duncan Jones, David Bowie’s son, heard that a dog with his late father’s name kept getting passed over by potential adopters, he took to Twitter to help.

Any dog lover would be shocked to find out that the 3-year-old Lurcher mix, named Bowie, is getting overlooked because of his different colored eyes. He’s been at the rescue since November.
Hoping someone near that dog might be able to help him find a home. One of those weird ones that got to me.

In fact, the pup’s multi-hued irises are what inspired his name. Any David Bowie fan knows that the legendary musician’s eyes appear to be different colors because of a dilated pupil!

Clearly, Duncan Jones has a soft spot for the dog who has this stunning physical feature, similar to his dad. We hope that his heartfelt tweets help Bowie find his forever home!
