A lovable rescue pup named Moby struggled to find his forever home due to his chronic health conditions and the need for extra care. After being returned to the shelter 3 times, Moby has finally found a forever family that has gone above and beyond to give him the very best life possible.

Moby has a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia that not only causes him to be unsteady on his feet but has also deteriorated his vision. Moby also struggles with a chronic kidney condition, meaning he needs to adhere to a special diet and receive extra hydration. Though Moby’s condition does not affect his ability to enjoy his life, it has made it challenging to find a family that is willing to give him the care he deserves.

After being returned to the shelter 3 times, Moby and his caretakers at the shelter were beginning to lose hope that this special pup would ever receive his happy ending. Little did they know, Moby would soon meet the fur parents of his dreams.

From the moment that an animal-loving vet assistant named Alex locked eyes with Moby, she knew she had to step in and help. With having experience working with special needs animals, Alex was certain that she was the perfect one for the job!

From the moment Moby was brought home, it was clear that he was meant to be a part of this family. Though he was absolutely loving every second of his new life, Alex did notice that he was really struggling to get around. In order to give him the best quality of life possible, she created a GoFundMe to raise funds for a custom wheelchair to give him extra support on his adventures.

Within weeks, Moby’s campaign raised enough money to give him his own custom set of wheels! From the moment he slipped into his custom wheelchair; his new life began!

You can now find Moby zooming through the snow, chasing dogs at the dog park, and soaking up every moment of his incredible life with his dedicated fur parents by his side. Moby’s life is so inspiring that he even has his very own Instagram account with over 10,000 followers.
