News reporter Fernanda Rouvenat was live on the air in Brazil when she felt something at her feet. She looked down, and much to her surprise, it was a cute puppy! She had to take a moment to embrace and pet her. Shortly after, the woman learned the dog was out on a walk with her owner before deciding to come over and say hello. 🙂
