Danny with SafeFurr Place Animal Rescue is truly a warrior! He found a stray wandering around and persisted with all his might to rescue him. But something was holding the dog back, or should we say, someone. He eventually took treats from Danny’s hand but then retreated once again.
Danny heard that the dog, he named Francis, had been seen with another stray pup. He hadn’t seen them together for himself until one night Howard showed up! A large tan dog was at Francis’s side and didn’t want to leave them. Were they a bonded pair?
Howard warmed up quickly to Danny and let him give him pets. This made Francis jealous, and lo and behold, he soon let Danny pet him! Danny took a chance and threw Howard a cheeseburger. The hungry pup took it as a sign of love and jumped into Danny’s car. But Francis refused to budge.
Would Howard’s rescue eventually persuade Francis to allow Danny to do his job? You won’t believe what happens next. It’s too good to miss! Danny, you’re one amazing dude. Thank you for all that you do!
