Charlie is a dog who was recently admitted to a shelter in L.A. He was found in the side of the road. He was dirty and his hair was all tangled up. Sadly, the shelter he was in is a high kill shelter. And unless someone adopts Charlie, he wouldn’t last there for more than a week. The groomers came to give Charlie a makeover.
