On a chilly morning near Mladenovac, Serbia, volunteers from the Dog Rescue Shelter stumbled upon a heartbreaking scene. At seven o’clock, as they patrolled the roadside, they noticed a cardboard box sitting abandoned. Approaching cautiously, they opened it to find seven tiny five-week-old puppies huddled together inside.

The pups were clearly frightened, their little whimpers revealing a desperate longing for their mother. Abandoned and defenseless, they had no choice but to rely on each other for warmth and comfort. The sight of these vulnerable pups tugged at the rescuers’ hearts, spurring them into action to provide the care and love these innocent animals so desperately needed.

Rescuers claim that an evil man stole them from their mother and discarded them like garbage. These pups, who are only 5 weeks old, still require their mother’s care, so they wouldn’t have long if they hadn’t been rescued when they were.

“Yesterday they enjoyed their mother’s care and love, today they are alone and abandoned,” the shelter wrote.

Luckily, from this moment on, they would never be alone ever again.

They initially brought all of the pups to an animal shelter and put them with a kind foster. To ensure that they got adequate calories to grow big and strong, the foster began frequently bottle-feeding them around the clock every three hours.

A month later, the pups had already grown so much and were so happy and playful.

When they were old enough, each puppy was given a wonderful new home!
