By now you are probably very familiar with Rush, the adorable one-year-old Pit Bull who made his bed every day at the shelter while waiting to be rescued at the Society for Improvement of Conditions for Stray Animals (SICSA) in Kettering, Ohio.

And then it happened!
Rush with his blanket. He was adopted on October 9 and is doing very well in his new home!

They had lost their dog earlier this year and were not ready for another dog. Then he saw Rush on the news. At the same time, she saw him online. She texted him and they both wanted to see him.
What happens next proved to them that Rush was meant to be part of their family!
We are so happy Rush is getting to make his bed each day in a warm, loving home, thanks to everyone sharing his story and getting the word out.
