Secret the Australian Shepherd has accomplished many skills in her life. Not only is she trained to be a service dog for her human named Mary, but she also knows how to paint, play instruments, and do yoga. Mary posts adorable videos of Secret’s new tricks on TikTok and Instagram.

Of course, many people are skeptical of Secret’s abilities. Her latest stunt caused the most awe and confusion. Mary shared a video of the adorable dog painting a near-perfect flower. Whether it’s real or not, it’s one of the most adorable dog videos you’ll see!

A Dog of Many Talents

Mary has autism, so Secret is trained to do specific tasks to make life easier for her. The two go everywhere together, even attending college side-by-side. But when it comes to training, Secret goes above and beyond what she’s required to do.

The human and dog duo have bonded by working on unique training sessions, which they document on social media. Some videos include trust falls, dances, yoga routines, and social media challenges. In every video, it’s clear that Secret is very smart!

One of Secret’s favorite activities is painting with her mom. Mary regularly photographs Secret’s finished paintings for Instagram, but followers wanted proof. So, Mary recently released a TikTok of Secret completing an art piece. But instead of making abstract art like usual, she created a gorgeous flower.

“Secret drew a sunflower! Or maybe it’s a daisy?” Mary captioned with the video. “We’ve been having a lot of fun working on painting different shapes and brush strokes lately, and she’s getting to the point where she can make recognizable shapes on her own without targets.”

Artists Can Have Paws

In the video, it shows a close-up of Secret grabbing each tube of paint before she uses it. She starts with a blue for the background, and she fills in the entire canvas with loose strokes. Then, she takes green to paint a curved stem. After that, she paints yellow in a circular motion to create the flower part, followed by a brown center. Finally, she finishes it off with a green leaf on the stem.

Most of the comments were in awe, asking Mary how she taught Secret to do it. However, others weren’t as easily impressed. Many claimed that they thought someone was guiding the dog’s brush for her.

Yet, even if the video isn’t completely real, it’s still cute, creative, and impressive. Most dogs wouldn’t even sit still for a video like this, but Secret seems very patient and determined. Many people have asked when Secret’s art pieces will be for sale, but perhaps this pup isn’t ready to be a famous artist. She’d much rather spend more time bonding with her human.
