They say a dog’s intelligence is on par with a two-year-old human. But maybe dogs can be smarter. Recently, we featured that incredibly intelligent Border Collie named Chaser who understands and remembers words and commands. With Chaser’s capabilities, could it mean that dogs can be smarter than toddlers?

Cooper can put the correct shapes in the shape sorter, he can sort cotton reels by color, and he can count pieces of kibble! Could he be smarter than the average toddler?
