It’s the most wonderful time of the year: the time when we find out which dog names were most popular!

The humans at MyDogsName.com put together this informative infographic compiled from user searches on their site. It’s no surprise Bella snags the top spot for female pups once again. It first appeared in the top 10 in 2009 and has remained at number 1 ever since, thanks to the popularity of the Twilight movies! The list for males gets all shaken up, though, with Milo jumping from #13 last year (according to Rover.com) to the very top of the list!

2017’s list is full of surprises. Users searched for some interesting monikers that haven’t made the top ten in a long time – if ever. If you adopt a new dog, would you consider one of these names?
