Scott Hodges has found a way to combine his passion for dogs with his daily work. This UPS driver has made friends with every furry companion along his route and has made it his mission to bring joy to every pup he passes.

Scott has always been an avid animal lover but maintains a soft spot for his favorite breed of dog; Pit Bulls. Scott had a Pit Bull of his own named Sheba for 15 years, during which he experienced the undying love of this special breed.

After losing Sheba in 2004, he was left with a hole in his heart that could only be filled with the love of another furry friend. Because of this, he always keeps his eyes peeled for his favorite Pittie pups on his work route.

“I know most, but not all, of the pitties by name.” – Scott Hodges

During the last 32 years of his time as a UPS driver, Scott has met so many loveable Pit Bulls along his route. By offering a handful of tasty treats to each pup he passes, he has quickly become the talk of the town among the canine citizens.

This little turd has the perfect scam worked out. It costs me one biscuit to get out of the door, another biscuit to get to the porch to deliver the package, and then another one to get him out of my way so I can leave!” – Scott Hodges
