Some things are almost too horrible to believe. Recently while reviewing their paperwork, Muttville Senior Dog Rescue came across the following responses by someone who had abandoned their dog, 14 year old Chelo. Can you even believe these responses?

  • Question: Why are you surrendering the dog? Answer: Old too old, got a newer dog to replace.
  • Question: How long have you had the dog? Answer:  15 years
  • Question: When was the dog last vaccinated? Answer:  Never
  • Question: Any Health issues? Answer:  Just old
  • Question:  How many hours was the dog outside? Answer:  24
  • Question: How many hours was the dog left Alone? Answer:  24
  • Question:  Where was the dog housed? Answer: Housed under the porch.
